"Algo muito sério aconteceu, eu estava no meu quarto, tinha acabado de tomar banho, quanfo um homem abriu a porta do quarto dizendo que era dele, assustada fui reclamar na recepção e tinha 3 funcionários lá que não me deram atenção, ficaram olhando pra minha cara como ae eu tivesse falano besteira, depois de insistir um deles falou que foi engano, na minha opinião isso foi muito grave, não pretendo me hospedar la novamente.
