Not a good service helping with tours

Good location, but could be even closer to the main attractions. Plus, the hotel could be more helpful booking the tours in the city. The staff was not willing to help me, and just told me to check the available panflets

10階のエレベーター前に喫煙所はやめてほしい。待ち時間がタバコ臭い。 歯ブラシが硬すぎて、口の中が痛い。 便座の蓋が自動で上がらない方がいい。 歯磨き粉の量が少ない。 パジャマがセパレートなのが良かった。 部屋の中の絵が良かった。 水が1日1本は嬉しかった。 部屋が綺麗だった。 お湯を沸かすためのコンセントが遠い。 照明のダウンというつまみが何のことかわからなかった。 シャワーヘッドの機能が良かった。
