「They charged three more days room fee without my permission when I lived in this hotel period, and I proved receipts to them what I paid when I checked in because I was checking my credit card bill. It's a mistake, and they're keep ignoring this issue. It's not a good attitude and service. 」

「It had everything we needed. Clean, warm, comfortable bed. Within a couple of mins walk to the S line and Berlin central. There was a great bakery next door, a supermarket, and to eateries with a 2 min walk. Oh and free on street parking.」

So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!」
