優點是可以自己買食材回去煮，可以吃一頓服合自己口味的餐點，如果行李很多的朋友就必較不適合，因為從車站拖著行李到飯店斜坡又是石子路，找到飯店後有階梯的問題，同行有男的朋友力氣又夠是可以考慮，走路不到1分鐘就可以到熱鬧的地區。

Nice hotel, the location is convenient as it's close to the city centre, but removed enough to have a quiet night. The room we had was clean and spacious. The only downside for me was the coffee, which unfortunately tasted burned. The rest of the breakfast was good, though.

Hotel scammed us and kept our booking money- we arrived they said Expedia cancelled our room- Expedia said the hotel cancelled it. Neither is returning our money AND we were left stranded with nowhere to stay in Amalfi! Expedia is waiting for confirmation that we did not stay - the hotel is not responding. This was our honeymoon!! Expedia not releasing my refund- let alone being stranded at 5pm with a fully paid for reservation they would not honor. This is a scam - I will delete this comment IF the hotel manager responds to Expedia email- we did not get to stay and should not have to pay for nothing PLUS having to find other accommodation on our honeymoon during a peak time in Amalfi!!!! Ruined our honeymoon experience 😭😭😭

The hotel checkin was very poor. Paid Expedia for a family room. They have us a standard double I had to ask for a camp bed. The manger then took a 50 euros deposit for a taxi ride to our next location. He said it was 180. I paid 130 to driver and he said that the manager kept 50 euros that is steeling

Very friendly staff and great service. pool area was a bit run down (not a make or break, but could be so much more beautiful with a little TLC). Loved how close it is to the town center, but walking our suitcases up the hill was a LOT. best for young people and families that are active and dont mind the hills and steps.

Andrea the host is one of a kind. He booked a private cruise for us for such an amazing price (our Italian wedding planner couldn’t even believe it). He helped us book taxis. He is so smart and willing to help you with anything. He wants nothing in return just to help you. He is truly one of a kind and runs a wonderful operation. He knows everything and everyone and will get you the best prices!! Thank you Andrea for making our honeymoon unforgettable!!

Our ferry was 1h30 late. As we did not have cell phone reception during our journey, we arrived to no one at reception (it was not even 7pm). The staff was very rude on the phone and said if we wanted to check in, it would cost 80 euros. We ended up staying elsewhere. Still waiting for my refund.

El peor hotel en el que me he hospedado sin duda, después de llegar tras haber buscado horas este porque para esto no hay ni una señalización, en el momento en el que llegue iba saliendo el encargado muy apurado y me dijo que regresaría en 5 min, los cuales se convirtieron en 3 horas, total, me imaginé que habría más personal para recibirme LO CUAL FUE FALSO, nadie me recibió, solo estaba la persona de limpieza y ella me ayudó a comunicarme con el encargado y me dijo que estaba en la policía que lo esperara 30 minutos y llegaría, lo cual no pasó, yo creo que me vieron ya desesperada que mandaron a una mujer grosera y ruda a que me ayudara con el check in, medio me explicó cómo funcionaba y de inmediato me exigió una tarjeta de crédito o débito para cobrarme 59 euros que supuestamente era un impuesto de turistas y al ver mi reacción me insistió que ese dinero no se lo quedaba el hotel, le dije que cuando llegara el encargado, la señora esta me dió la llave de la habitación, abrimos y era un muladar, ni siquiera estaba limpia, otra hora a esperar a poder entrar a la habitación que pagué, después de que logré instalarme, bajé y el encargado, ya que llegó, me dijo “va a pagar los 59 euros?”, luego luego a robar, los 59 euros lamentablemente se los di y no me dió ningún recibo el ladrón, no había cobijas en la habitación y el frió era tremendo, había insectos por todo el baño, NO SE QUEDEN AHII, ahora entiendo por que estaba en la policía la rata

During our recent stay at Hotel Amalfi Resort, we encountered a stark contrast in service quality that significantly affected our overall experience. Positives: The standout aspect of our visit was the incredible service provided by the lady who managed our room and breakfast. Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness went above and beyond. She greeted us warmly each morning, consistently ensured our comfort, and truly embodied the essence of hospitality. Negatives: Unfortunately, our interactions with the hotel manager left much to be desired. From the beginning, he seemed more interested in promoting expensive taxi services than in genuinely assisting us. Despite his claims of unreliability in public transport and supposed road closures to destinations like Ravello, we discovered that these assertions were misleading and seemingly motivated by personal gain. Our departure was particularly distressing. On a rainy day, amidst the challenging logistics of moving our luggage down numerous stairs due to the hotel's cliffside location, we were denied the simple courtesy of temporarily storing our luggage at reception, with the manager citing a lack of space—a hard-to-believe excuse. His refusal to assist and subsequent indifference as we struggled in the rain was not only unhelpful but also displayed a complete lack of empathy.
