「The service and hotel condition was excellent but the condition of the beach area was very disappointing-- you had to walk over concrete that has sand scattered on it to reach a beach that was unusable because it was eroding into the sea and was filled with seaweed. I understand there will be an upgrade this year but it will be too late for me.」

「The resort was nice, the meals were very good but a lot my expensive than I thought they would be. Because we didn't have cell service we didn't feel comfortable leaving the resort because we could get lost and the city was very dirty with garbage everywhere. The bathroom was rusty and you had to leave the bathroom door closed at all times to avoid heating up the entire cottage. The cottage was cute though. 」

「The property itself was amazing, the beach was definitely the best on island, the staff was unbelievably accommodating! We stayed in the honeymoon suite-wasn’t our honeymoon but we are newly married. We could hear the property next door as it was wishing 10’ of our palapa. The only other thing I can say is that we were not aware that they only served beer and wine and no other alcoholic beverages at the resort. Would definitely stay again if visiting. 」

「Loved my stay at El Ben’s! The property never felt crowded during our stay, or too noisy ant any point. Our cabaña was clean and spacious. The food was delicious, and the staff were so friendly and approachable.
