I was disappointed that the office and continental breakfast was not available until 9:00 am. Not very accommodating for anyone that wants to get on the road early.

Room was nicely furnished very clean and roomy. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Food and atmosphere were top notch in the lounge

While the room was very clean, there were several appliances including the phone and the clock which did not work. The problems were not corrected during my stay.

Not very good came with ear plugs

This room came with ear plugs was clean but walls are paper thin as well as a train horn every 15min Guess a great place to bring your bar date.

Older, but a good option for the money

This hotel is older. But, for the price, I suited my needs. I had a minor problem with check-in, but otherwise my stay was fine.

Abgelegen, aber trotzdem laut

Wir buchten das Hotel für zwei Nächte. Das Zimmer roch als wäre ewig nicht gelüftet worden. Das Bett war teilweise schmutzig. Nachts hatte uns der Zug wach gehalten, der gefühlt viel öfter fährt als es es vermutlich tut. Im Endeffekt haben wir das Hotel nach einer Nacht verlassen und uns ein anderes gesucht. Frühstück gibt es übrigens in diesem Hotel nur am Wochenende.

Both beds were too soft. One of the beds had a box spring that was completely shot, and was unusable. Air conditioning was controlled by a remote device. The breakfast was minimal, one of the skimpiest I've encountered.

Stayed one night, clean and comfortable. Easy to locate, fast check-in, plenty of parking.

Hotel near Juniata College

This hotel was very convenient to Juniata, located about 10 minutes away on the main road into town. Staff was friendly & rooms clean, but mattresses worn & uncomfortable. OK for 1 night but will probably try somewhere else if we come back.

Nice hotel for the economical price.

We only stayed for one night, but the hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The only concern is the train that runs in front of the hotel all night. The hotel does provide ear plugs.

Great value

Great value hotel for those that aren't put off by highway and train traffic noise. All the amenities, clean, large rooms and a diner, bowling alley and tavern a short walk away. A very pleasant surprise.

Nice little place.

The hotel is older, but it is well maintained. The staff is very nice as are the prices.

Room is nice but shampoo and lotion are kind old, can't get it out

Old style but clean

Employees were helpful. One suggested Tops Diner for breakfast and given that the hotel continental breakfast was too gluten heavy for us we enjoyed our breakfast offsite at Tops. Trains went through across the road all night but for us it was a white noise that was actually soothing.

Must be THE hotel for 420-ers

Very nice. Quick check-in. Staff was friendly. There was only one oddity. The hotel had hygiene things like most hotels do for people who forget things. However, I found it hysterical that they didn't have toothpaste but did have TWO forms of Visine. Overall, it was nice and I'd stay there again.

Great place for the price.

We arrived after the desk closed and were leaving in the morning when only the housekeeper was there. I was happy that she was there to set up the breakfast as you have to ask at the front desk for a hair dryer. The room was clean and set up well. There was a simple continental breakfast with muffins, bagels, and cereal available 6-9am. I will say that if you are bothered by trains, my mom said that she heard 3 go through, tho it didn't bother her; I slept through them all.

I would recommend based on proximity to Penn State

The location worked for the proximity of Penn State. Even though it was clearly an old motel, the rooms were quite clean with an attempt to update as well as it could considering the structure.
