Room was clean . Show had standing water when in use. The staff never opened for coffee like they said they were going to. Every time I went to the office no one was there and the doors were locked. Will never stay there again

When I arrived, the office was closed and I was unable to check in. I had to find another hotel for the night. There was nobody at Expedia to assist me. I tried the virtual assistant messaging and it was just ended in an endless loop. Overall a horrible experience.

Horseshoe Curve Lodge is fairly basic but the room was clean and the beds comfortable. There are not a lot of amenities but at the price it was hard to beat.

Not fair to give them a poor review while they’re undergoing renovations. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. Easy access to shopping, dining, VA hospital, major roadways. Room pricing was a great value. Will likely stay again on our next visit in that area.

Overall a good property with a lot of potential. For the cost, it is worth it. It is close to all the essential stores and restaurants, it was quiet and didn't feel sketchy. Our only issues - the mold (my allergies flared up) and the slow internet. The housekeeping was timely and neat, and the check-in and check-out was smooth.

Large clean rooms & friendly staff. But the WiFi is terrible. I could not get it to actually connect to the internet. Fortunately I was able to use my I-Phone personal hot spot and was able to get four bars of signal strength.

Room was decently clean but had an odd smell. The sheets and blankets were visibly old. Buildings are very shabby looking. Only one staff that wasn’t very available or helpful. Only reason to stay here is if you need a cheap bed for one night and you don’t care about literally anything else.
