「A lovely new & modern hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the service from all staff was great. The pool area is spacious & comfortable and will be even better once the final bits of construction are finished and the pool bar is open. We dined in the restaurant each night and enjoyed the varied menu & excellent wine selection. Breakfast is also good with plenty of buffet & a la carte options. My family thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing time here and would recommend. 」

「We had a wonderful stay. It all starts with a welcoming drink when you get to the hôtel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We even got them to organize a picnique for us in the hotel park. It wasn’t too far from Florence so we could spend the day there. The food was good and we enjoyed every night a few drinks at the bar. The spa was great, we enjoyed a few massages there and had a great time sunbathing at the thermal pool. I would suggest though that the hotel improves its signs in the...
