"Wonderful location in Copacabana! What a beautiful hotel. Rooms are huge with firewood for the fireplace all ready and a kitchen area fully stocked including coffee etc for early risers. We had such a great view and the room and beds were so comfortable. The staff were so kind and organised. We had a lovely dinner in the Cupula Restaurant. Breakfast was delicious! They helped print off docs we needed for the bus. Wonderful place highly recommend! "

"Exceptional. We had messed up our booking dates and the hotel was so accomodating. The staff were just wonderful and we had a lovely breakfast and delicious dinner. We only had one night here as we had just landed in Bolivia. With the altitude change it was tough but the hotwl had oxygen tanks avaialable. We also had a lovley massage in their spa which was great after our long flight.. highly recommend! "
"I will have 5 to all staff members. They were super nice, professional and caring. Some areas are in construction. Our room was nice, clean and a lot space. Breakfast was ok.
We ate dinner there and it was very tasty and good price. I will stay again"
