Piccoli inconvenienti (mancanza del quinto letto, telecomando batteria scarica, solo 2 tazze da te benché fossimo in 5 persone, riscaldamento acceso troppo alto, soffione doccia non proprio intuitivo da usare..) piccoli intoppi che però il personale attento e gentile ha risolto subito. 「Ac not working. Open window had street noise until after 11. Breakfast typical European breakfast- ham, cheese, yogurt, fruit and pastries. Coffee/tea service very nice」

「Is a beautiful property with absolutely 1st class rooms and views. Staff is wonderful and helpful. I would give this 5 stars however due to the time of year most of the amenities were closed like the spa and the beach club which isn’t open till mid May. I would definitely recommend this place during the high season. It is also convenient to the port and airport.」

「Posizione spettacolare, personale gentilissimo, stanza vista mare, colazione e cena sul terrazzo con vista stupenda. Prima colazione grandiosa, in aggiunta serviti dal mitico Tommy dalla voce rauca che serve il caffè con una parola gentile e originale per ogni ospite. Ci torno da anni, purtroppo non abbastanza spesso 」

「位置優越：鄰近火車，巴士站，到城內觀光購物亦十分便利。 服務一流：入住前曾向酒店查詢有關早餐的安排，很快就收到Jessica的答覆。入住當天收到一份有關火車延誤的意大利文電郵，所以向前台Victoria查詢，她不但給我們很詳細的解釋，而且將電郵打印一份並用螢光筆標示重點，以方便我們使用，這種服務實在貼心。 早餐一流：餐廳平時供應咖啡等飲品及小食給住客享用，早餐內容非常精彩，服務員招呼周到。」

「This hotel is closed subject to renovation works. We were transferred to another hotel next doors belonging to the same owner, Modernista. That was a nice well kept hotel. Still we find it surprising that we were not informed until the day before although the original hotel had been closed for months. Modernista was a good hotel. Small safety boxes though, not much space.」
