Otroligt otrevlig personal som dessutom knappt kunde ngn engelska svindyr buffe var det enda de kunde erbjuda i matväg , och fick man dessutom betala extra för vanligt dricksvatten samt kaffe . Rekommenderar inte detta boende

Familienfreundliche Unterkunft (Kegeln, Tischtennis, Kinderdisco, Billard, Schwimmhalle, Streicheltiere, Spielplatz), aber auch Entspannungsangebote (Sauna, leider 1 Tag defekt, Massage, Solarium), wunderbare ruhige Einzellage direkt am Wandergebiet. Das Objekt ist ein ehemaliges Stasi-Ferienheim. Teilweise ist es noch im Zustand von damals. Wir hatten ein solches Zimmer, z. B. um zu duschen musste man in die Badewanne steigen. Die Größe des Objektes zwingt z.T. zu weiten Wegen innerhalb. Wer vom 2. Stock in das Restaurant will muss mit dem Fahrstuhl erst einmal bis zum Erdgeschoss um dann entweder per Treppe oder mit einem anderen Fahrstuhl zurück in den 1. Stock. Früher soll es einen direkten Zugang aus dem Fahrstuhl gegeben haben, der aber gesperrt wurde. (?) Der inzwischen 4. Betreiber hat es auch noch nicht geschafft, den hoteleigenen PKW-Parkplatz zu pflastern. Er ist lediglich sandgeschlämmt ! Das Service-Personal war durchweg tschechisch mit guten Deutsch-Kenntnissen. Die abendlichen Unterhaltungsprogramme wurde ausschließlich von tschechischen Künstlern dargeboten. Für ein paar Tage weg von zuhause hat es jedenfalls gereicht, selbst wenn man Sauna, Schwimmbad und Massageangebot nicht nutzt.

DDR-Charm - sehr abgewohnt + erneuerungsbedürftig

Tiefste Zone heißt einen herzlich Willkommen. Von außen schon sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Die Deckenplatten im Haus darf man nicht genau anschauen. Das Zimmer mega eng, wir hatten nicht mal Platz für eine Tasche. Kein Duschvorhang an der Badewanne. Lichtschalter sonst wie alt. Betten semi-bequem. Sehr hellhörig alles. Aber es war zumindest sauber. Länger als eine Nacht hätten wir da trotzdem nicht verbringen wollen. Die Fotos hier auf der Webseite zeigen wohl die besseren Zimmer, von denen wir definitiv keins hatten.

Wir haben es nicht bereut hier gewesen zu sein

Es hat uns gut gefallen . Freundliches Personal in jedem Bereich . Besonders Frühstück und Abend Büfett waren wirklich gut und reichhaltig gewesen . Fazit : Wir würde wieder dorthin fahren .

Great that this hotel has LOADs of family friendly activities, but the property itself is old and would benefit from renovation. The beds were not comfortable, and not all staff speak english so have a way to help you translate into German!

Tolle Aussicht, leckeres Frühstück, angenehme Zimmergröße. Freundliches Personal, nette Begrüßung an der Rezeption. Zwar ist es optisch nicht so besonders modern, aber das sollte jedem klar sein der sich vorher ein paar Bilder anguckt. Einen gewissen Charme hat es dadurch aber auch und preislich gibt es nichts zu meckern. Zur Sauberkeit: wenn man genau hin guckt bzw. sucht findet man natürlich was, wie überall woanders auch. Insgesamt war ich mit der Sauberkeit aber zufrieden.

85% willkommen in der zone; essen nur fertigprodukte lieblos zubereitet personal sehr freundlich, 50% deutsch, rest tschechen sauberkeit katastrophe (lüfter im zimmer voll mit staub) riesiger sanierungsstau, schwimmbad gut - nur etwas zu kalt

Tolles Hotel

Hatten ein Wochenende im Lugsteinhof verbracht , war sehr toll . Das Frühstücksbüffet ist nur zur empfehlen. Die Gegend ist fantastisch Vor allem das man im Pool schwimmen kann hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch das Personal ist sehr Freund. Meine Familie und ich können es nur weiter empfehlen
