「The room was excellent proportions, the bathroom was extremely clean and I had plenty of towels. The bed was Fantastic with a great mattress and an array of pillows. Great amenities, such as a kettle, tea and coffee. I would certainly return to this hotel if I was returning to Altea」

「Good beach front location which has everything you need. Staff are helpful. Beach is stoney, not sandy, but excellent sandy beaches are a 20 min drive. Breakfast has good choice, but standard. The rooms and decor is dated. Swimming pool is Interesting but more like a paddling pool. After meal entertainment that has a Butlins feel, Spanish sryle! Think this hotel has real potential (eg rooftop bar) but needs investment.」

「Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. In arrival the staff were downright rude. Snapping orders at us “passports” and “pay now” without a please or thank you. They don’t like the fact we asked to look at the room before payment. The room they allocated was at the front on a very busy and noisy main road. I asked to be swapped which they did - to be fair this wasn’t an issue for them. Breakfast was a different matter entirely - very poor. Bland cereals - rice crispies or coco pops. Not tea...

「All was well after we got in… a little stressed because the reception closed at 5pm and it was a last minute booking, with internet almost runnning out of juice. Beware that Maps sends you to the wrong street! But a call helped and a nice man showed up to get us in. We had problems connecting to the wifi - it never happened- and the shower turne scalding and won’t get cooler again for way too long. The place is lovely, very cozy, has great sunrise views ant the sea. There is a small balcony...

「The property is in an excellent location with the rooms being very spacious with everything you need for a comfortable self catering holiday. We were upgraded to a room with a very large king size bed with views over to the sea which was a bonus! Would definitely return in the future.」

「Nice apartment in the centre of the strip, very well placed providing you are a heavy sleeper like me. The apartment is well equipped and the staff are very friendly and helpful. But as mentioned my room faced The Beachcomber club that does not finish until till 8am some days and plays music at very high volumes. But who goes to Benidorm for peace and quiet or for that matter sleep!」

「On arrivall was sent to a oçcupied room. Then tv not working in room.then air con leaking water on the floor as you entered the room came to fix it 3 times .had to change my card entrance twice. Only 2 on reception helpfull. Food was very good. Was very noisy staying in front room of hotel .dont think i will stay there again.the pool area was very nice.the room was clean.」
