Disappointing fee

It’s a great place to stay however I was very dissatisfied with the cleaning fee of $110 I don’t think it’s appropriate to have that extra charge .

Great location but needs a few creature comforts

We spent a long weekend at Hagan Lodge and had a lovely stay. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. We based ourselves there for easy access to the many lakes of the Salzkammergut and the location could not have been better. The receptionist was super friendly and efficient which made for a warm welcome. The cabin (we had number 40) was very spacious and generally well equipped. However, there were a few things that could be improved...there is only a bathroom on the groundfloor with the 2 bedrooms upstairs - This was not an issue for us but could be for some families. The bathroom itself is really large but has a tiny shower cabin crammed into the corner where there is so much room to house a bigger unit. The terrace is quite cramped and doesn't really fit the outdoor furniture provided; also it isn't covered, but there is a small umbrella. On the day we arrived we found that the fridge wasn't turned on. As it is self-catering I think it should be turned on from the day you arrive and it would also be good if there were ice trays provided. Regardless of the above, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again due to the location.

Excele te opção para ficar nos alpes

Os chalés são bem aconchegantes, limpos, organizados e completos para uma estada confortável no meio dos alpes. A equipe da recepção me ofereceu um check in remoto (pois eu iria chegar muito tarde) e foi perfeito e sem nenhuma complicação. O local é fantástico, no meio de muita natureza e de uma estação de esqui. Recomendo com certeza para viagens de família!

If you are planning for a ski trip this is the place. You just put on your skies and hit the slope. The lodges are also super comfy, spacious and well equipped. We also heard that this area is very beautiful and scenic during the summer but our planned activity was skiing and it really served the purpose.

Very nice option for families. People working at the lodge very nice. There are some little drawbacks -- no window screens or curtains that can keep out light. Toilet seats weirdly stained though everything looked very clean. There is ongoing construction of more cabins. immediate surroundings are nicer to look at than hike in. Main sights (Hallstatt and lakes with swimming, play areas) are about 30-45min away. (Might not be true for skiers in winter.). BUT if you want kitchen and space this is surely your best local option.

가족여행에 최고. 1,2층 3개의 방에 넉넉한 주방,거실, 2개의 화장실등 여유있는 공간에 깨끗이 정돈됨.주변환경도 자연의 한가운데 있는 듯.할슈타트까지는 차로 20분 정도.차가 있고, 일행이 4명 이상인 가족단위 여행에 적극 추천. 다만 예약 숙박료이외에 청소비로 100유로가 체크아웃시 청구된다는 사실을 꼭 고려할것.

Fremragende!

2 voksne, 2 børn og en lille hund tilbragte en uge i en dejlig hytte med perfekt beliggenhed, Salzburg nås på 1:20 og der var masser af naturoplevelser i nærområdet. Rigtig god service med morgenmad til døren, alternativt kan dejlig bager og godt supermarked i byen 3 km væk bruges. Der var rigelig med håndklæder, men vi savnede alligevel en vaskemaskine til børnenes beskidte tøj. Vi vil gerne give mere end 5 stjerner og det er absolut et sted vi gerne besøger igen.

Ein rundherum gelungener Familienurlaub, trotz eher durchwachsenem Wetter viele Schlechtwetterausflüge möglich und Entspannung pur. Die einzige Verbesserung wäre wenn die Handtücher in der mitte der Woche automatisch gewechselt werden .

Sehr schöne, geräumige Unterkunft

Wir waren im Sommer in den Hagan Lodges und haben es dort sehr genossen! Die Lage ist Super (Ideal für den Winter) in den Ort muss man doch mit dem Auto 5 min fahren, zur Blaa Alm auch! Es empfiehlt sich ein Rundgang um den See, mit Stopp bei der Jausenstation oder eine Wanderung zur Alm. Die Hütte IST großzügig und gemütlich, Super ist die Sauna. Mehr Möglichkeiten zum Verstauen der Kleidung wäre Super!
