「Our stay went well, however after checkout we discovered one of our shirts was left at the hotel. Called front desk to ask if it had been reported/turned in and they stated they were “unable to check until the current occupant checked out”. I asked if the person responsible for cleaning room 303 on 6/10 reported any unattended items left and they said “they could find something and not say anything, best to call back on Monday” (almost a week after our stay). 「The room and lobby were clean and fresh and the staff were very nice. The only issue is that housekeeping began knocking loudly on doors and saying housekeeping as early as 8:45am and opened the door, looked around, saw me sleeping, then said I’ll come back. It startled me and disturbed my sleep. Not sure why they are opening doors of occupied rooms.」

「I had high hopes for this site but was disappointed. They only appear to freshen up the room on their schedule, placard was ignored. Had to request towels a few times and all they had was crappy pool towels. Pool wasn’t maintained with sand and dirt in the bottom. Moldy caulk around the tub, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom.
