「Close to Banner Hospital where my wife had surgery」

「雖然有提供早餐，但是品項很少並沒有很合適亞洲人口味。房間床鋪很舒適，空間也很足夠。」

「It was not a true one bedroom suite but a big wall separate the room from each other. Min fridge no freezer inside it. Two uncomfortable chairs to sit on. Breakfast nothing special. Very quiet hotel.,great staff. Only one very small hot tub and small pool ,only 60 people. Not really a family hotel」

「Value too much 」

「The clerk at the desk did not know how to run our payment and had me calling my bank for nothing. About a half hour later a general manager came out and finally asked how she tried the payment. He finally tried my payment and it went through. She had no knowledge on how to run my payment. The staff have no customer skills and are not friendly at all.」

「Feel safe」

「Hotel was modern and clean. Rooms were spacious and bed and pillows quite comfortable. The pool and hot tub were also quite nice as well as the lawn furniture. The breakfast was bland lacking flavor for both days I experienced it. The hallways are lacking character compared to the lobby. The shower set hopes up to be a nice experience but was squashed by extremely low flow shower head that made the experience not great. Also the shower in multiple rooms seem to leak from the door sill. Overall...

「It was Amazing!!!will come back again. Thanks」

「The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.」
