"They basically has no bell boy service, only the time they helped us was after we checked in, our luggage sent to our room by them. And it is a meeting hotel, so for individual customer there is lack of service. And the hotel location is a bit far from the center tourist attraction"

"The airport bus was not v enough. End up only my sons can get in with the luggages but my husband and I have to take a taxi to the terminal. The staff at the check in counter is ok but not v welcome. Room the 2 bed rooms is spacious but the room is very dark. Amenities are very good with toothbrushes and slippers."

"Las luces de la habitación se apagaron en plena noche y no había agua durante el día. Tras avisar a recepción, me dijeron que estaban en mantenimiento y lo restauraron al poco tiempo. Lo más importante es que pude oír el ruido del mantenimiento en la habitación todo el día.。 房間的電燈半夜會停電，白天房間沒有供水，通知前台後說正在維修，一會兒才恢復。最重要的是在房間內一直聽到維修的聲音，從早上到晚上都沒有斷過。 "
