「沒有什麼不滿」

「Schöne Überraschung! Das kleine Hotel hat uns super gut gefallen! Man merkt die liebe zum Detail - Tee & Kaffee auf dem Zimmer, Taschentücher und extra Gläser im Bad und eine Flasche Wasser kostenlos. Das Ventilator war perfekt bei dem heißen Wetter und das Bett sehr bequem. Mir hat die Auswahl an Kopfkissen gefallen, da ich immer ein kleines brauche. Frühstück war auch ausgesprochen gut. Unsere Freunde dort meinen das Restaurant ist auch sehr gut, aber dafür hatten wir keine Zeit. Vielen Dank...

「Das Hotel liegt wunderschön in den Weinbergen. Man kann von hier zu Fuß die bekannten Trulli besuchen. Alle sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das einzige, was ich erwähnen möchte ist, dass es sich um ein veganes Hotel handelt. Das ist auf den ersten Blick nicht ersichtlich und war für uns überraschend. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen war ausschließlich vegan verfügbar. Es hat uns aber sehr gut geschmeckt.」

「Bereits unser dritter Aufenthalt zur Durchreise. Bequemes Bett und großes Badezimmer, alles sauber. Klimaanlage kommt bei der momentanen Hitzewelle an ihre Grenzen, aber dennoch besser als bei anderen Unterkünften auf unserer Reise.」

「Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber bei unserer Ankunft gab es keinen Schlüssel für die Tür. Es wurde nur ein kleiner Ventilator bereitgestellt; es war sehr heiß. Die Eingangstür klemmte. Der Bürostuhl vor dem Fernseher war sehr wackelig und instabil – ich hatte das Gefühl, gleich herauszufallen. Außerdem versuchte das Reinigungspersonal, das Zimmer zu betreten, anstatt anzuklopfen; sie weckten uns buchstäblich auf, als sie hereinwollten, während wir noch schliefen – und das, obwohl wir laut „Nein“...

「Absolute gem. This lovely little chalet/hotel is located in the woods. Has free parking. Very accommodating staff despite my lack of German. There were packets Haribos on my pillow!! Good temperature in the room, lovely surrounding area. I didn’t stay long enough to explore the woods and I regret not being able to do so. It has a lovely looking restaurant/bar although I didn’t have a chance to eat here. Bit of a pickle to get to but worked it out the second time round (ended up in the woods...

「Hotel parking is limited, so late nights returning to the property make it mandatory to use a nearby parking garage, cost 8.50 Euro. Front desk staff was excellent in professionalism, as was the cleaning staff. The rooms have AC however, it is set on a low fan setting, so it takes time to cool the room. A safe, clean, affordable, and reliable lodging option to consider.」
