「I checked in, went to the room and used the bathroom. The problem was the water was shut off to the hotel as they were working on the boiler. This would have been useful information for the receptionist to provide while I was checking in.」

「The staff at the property were polite & greeted us every time we arrived to the property. Breakfast was not the best I’ve eaten at a Hilton hotel. There were many selections available for full breakfast, Most items were overcooked. The room & linen was clean, the carpets throughout the property were badly stained. Hallway carpet on the 6th floor was lifted and very dirty.」

「We arrived and had to wait 20 mins for someone to come to front desk. Then we were informed there water boiler broke and there was no hot water. We asked if we could please get a refund and we would go somewhere else. Was advised manager wouldnt be in til tye morning and we would have to wait to get refund then. We left and found another hotel. Still no call from manager for our refund」

「My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. On my first night, I discovered blood stains on the bed sheets. When I reported the issue to the front desk, I was told there were no other rooms available. As a result, I had to change the sheets myself. While doing so, I found additional blood stains on the pillows, which was even more disturbing. At that point, I removed all the bedding, threw it on the floor, took photographs, and brought the issue to the attention of the...
