「I read a number of the negative reviews (after I had booked) and arrived at the hotel with anticipation of being disappointed. I am glad to say we had a lovely stay. Food was good, staff helpful, it is a lovely setting. I stayed in the river view suite and the room was great. Design good and lots of space. There is a lovely walk along the river. The breakfast was superb we had lunch and dinner which were equally as good as breakfast. We cannot thank all the staff enough as everyone was so kind, helpful and attentive even to the point of providing gluten free pancakes at breakfast.」
