"Lovely big pool with good drinks & food, especially lunch. Activities for kids in the afternoon were really nice. Breakfast had good choices. Limited sunchairs around the pool, but I did like the beanbags. Great location just a short walk from restaurant and shops. Gym is very small and one of the machines did not work properly. Lovely stay overall. "

"Being a Vegetarian the options were less as I don’t eat egg aswell. Hence the price looks to be high for vegetarian. Since there was limited veg options I had to order outside. Day 1 I got proper plates but day 2 it was reduced to paper plates and wooden cutlery. I felt this was a bit insulting "

A huge appreciation to Francisco as he Welcomed both my wife and myself with Great Professionalism. As soon as the bags were out of the Uber he was wheeling them in and then help check us in. "We had a fantastic stay at Pullman Cairns International and would absolutely recommend it. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly courteous, welcoming, and professional. Housekeeping did an excellent job. You indicate when you would like your room cleaned. The room itself was very spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could possibly need, making it extremely comfortable for a longer stay. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest highlights. It’s within walking distance to just about everything: grocery stores, the famous Night Markets, the marina wharf for excursions to Green Island or Fitzroy Island, and a wide variety of restaurants. If you’re staying in this area, you really don’t need a car. However, if you’re planning day trips to places like Port Douglas or the Daintree Rainforest, renting a car is a good idea. There’s affordable parking nearby through Secure Parking (pay via app). We paid just $6 per day, and it’s only about a 6-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel also offers on-site parking for $22 per day for added convenience, and you only pay for the days you need, not the entire stay. Overall, an excellent hotel with great service, a prime location, and comfortable rooms. We would definitely stay here again!"
