Worst hotel I ever been in Netherlands

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. decoration like prison, high window, dark grey walls, feel depressed, heating doesn’t work, freezing nights, and the reception doesn’t care about that. Nobody helps. Most funny thing: APP says washing machine/facility supported, but I can’t use it, I ask then why do you advertise it if you don’t want customers use, they replied: why don’t you call us and check if you can use it before check in? Can you believe that answer!

Leuke ervaring slapen in HVB
