Absolutely horrible conditions. Walls were literally falling apart. Floors were dirty. One room even had a hole in the sink! Worst part was that the stupid thing was none refundable. We refused to stay in those conditions and still couldnt get any money back

We were told we had no reservation upon arrival, when I paid online. It was very late at night, they were rude, demanded we paid in cash or refused us the room. Very poor customer service, would avoid this hotel chain.

호텔 아닌 베드 앤 브랙퍼스트. 도시락 같은 아침 식사

이름은 시티호텔 있지만 사실상 베드 앤 브랙퍼스트. 레스토랑이 없이 편의점 도시락 같은 아침을 줌. 위치는 좋아 보이지만 반지하에 10여 개 정도에 룸이 있는 고시원 스타일. 리셉션 주변에 방은 체크인 체크아웃 하는 소리가 들려서 매우 불편함. 안쪽 방은 장기 체류자들이 많아 보임
