Javier, the overnight concierge, was amazing and we're so thankful for his friendliness and recommendations. He pointed us to the best paella ever which was a highlight for our family trip. The other staff was great too in helping us in our quest for authentic paella and how best to get around."

"There is no terrace to the rooms, its a shared space on the top floor for half naked kids to use to smoking ***.
It does not look like the pictures. Rooms are quite small. Very disappointing.
They paint a pretty picture of what your stay will look like, but it's nothing like it in reality.
Stayed for one night out of seven, no refund for our stay.
Terrible! Would Definatly Not recommend!"
