「The staff upon check in was nice but the reservation didn’t allow for the Hilton check in app (digital key) as my email indicated, so the extra time at a late night check in was inconvenient. The room itself had a smell to it as you can tell it’s “pet friendly” and the rug seemed wet (maybe they were shampooed?). But the desk clerk at check-in went out of her way to put us in a quiet spot and then gave us recommendations for dinner. Housekeeping cheerfully supplied extra pillows and a blanket. 「It is a basic but very pleasant facility. It has been apparently fairly recently refreshed and renovated. Our king bed suite was spacious and the bed comfortable. The only draw back is the lack of an elevator to the second floor where all the king rooms are located. Breakfast was adequate with waffles, hot and cold cereal, toast, and fresh fruit. We enjoyed the stay. 」

One girl who was there when we checked in and was the only person who kept the service from being poor.
