The rooms were large, comfortable, with all the needed amenities. The restaurant has wonderful food. Our dinners were the best we had on our trip to Scotland. The breakfasts were bountiful and tasty. 「Friars Wynd hotel was an incredibly unique boutique hotel on my 3 week UK road trip. Within this area parking is very limited, but there was a car park within 100 feet of my door. There is free parking after 5 PM I think? Until about 8am? Which was completely acceptable.
