"Beautiful hotel and the staff is amazing. We were there the first night the hotel was open so there were some logistics with check-in but probably not an issue now. The staff went above and beyond. The breakfast is top notch and the sauna and view is amazing. Only 4 star for amenities because there is no air conditioning for the summer. Best hotel we stayed in on our trip"

"We stayed as a family of 5 from England in July - so out of season for this ski resort. That meant the hotel wasn’t overcrowded and was very comfortable. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious. Every room in the hotel has a view of the mountains and a balcony . The swimming pool and spa area was very good - the outdoor jacuzzi offers a mountain view. Soft drinks and tea / coffee are available at any time free of charge. The staff are helpful and friendly. The food is a buffet service and breakfast is included in the room rate. Overall, I would recommend staying here with a family. I’d also recommend visiting the restaurant a short walk up the hill - sorry, I don’t have the name, but the lunch there was delicious."

"This is a “Mountain House”, and is on the rustic side. It’s extremely charming. Marco and Ivan will shuttle you. The cows with their bells will lull you to sleep. Good choice of beer , bread and snacks. I was here to go to the Diamond Way Europe Center. The folks are very nice and make sure you have what you need. Bring a fine cigar for Marco."
