「Bra hotel med lång historia i härlig liten by i dalarna mellan bergstopparna. Vi var på genomresa mitt sommaren för att kolla vinterns utbud i Dolomiterna men blev kvar flera nätter för vi trivdes mycket bra. God mat trevlig och hjälpsam personal stora rum anpassade för familjer. Hade planerat att bo i Alleghe vid sjön men detta var betydligt mer prisvärt! The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great! 「 Please be aware if you come with a large group and a car. The check-in instruction provided by the hotel was inaccurate. We came with a car and found it so confusing upon arrival. There was no pass-code provided for the garage as the instruction message stated. Later we found that we have to check-in with the kiosk first and then used the activated room card to open the garage. We stuck at the gate for half an hour because of this. 「The mountain view from our room was spectacular! The entire hotel had an elevated cozy feel to it with newly upgraded rooms and bathrooms. They offered a full breakfast with delicious options and even an afternoon snack with beautiful sandwiches and pastries- incredible. Diago had fine wine and drink options in the evening and made a great cafe latte macchiato! With respect to staff this hotel exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to assist us when our rental car broke down...
