「Don’t be fooled by the Best Western name. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. When concerns were brought forward, staff and management were dismissive and my concerns were not taken seriously. Staff were also taking personal calls on speaker phone. I would also recommend that guests carefully review their credit card statements after their stay to ensure all charges are accurate. In addition, the advertised amenities did not match what was represented when booking....

「I booked this hotel because of the excellent appearance of the site and the rooms on the website. Upon arrival i noted the exterior was in rough shape (peeling paint and obvious water damage to some of the decorative woodwork and window sills), parking lot in disrepair. Thinking it can't get worse we went inside as we were pre registered, we got our pass cards and the attendant at the desk stated that there was some repairs going on and apologised that there may be spots were the carpets and...

「The room we received was very nice, spacious beyond what we required, and clean…. But we were put right next to the elevator, which did cause disturbances in the night. I’m not sure if it’s because we booked through Expedia or not, but it’s happened a couple of times when booking through the app. The room was also quite warm, and while there was a portable ac unit provided, it was one that draws air in from outside, it was smoky in the area and made the room smell a bit smoky.
