「The hotel looks much better in photos than in reality. The actual condition of the room and facilities was far below expectations. There was a strong chemical cleaning smell in the room and throughout the property, which made it uncomfortable to stay. The maintenance level was poor, with worn paint, stained curtains, and generally unfinished surfaces. Breakfast was also disappointing. The food quality was below standard. And the staff lied when we complained and claimed they had provided it. Bathroom is dirty and old fashioned with leaking pipes. Only positives are the room itself and the location is good. 」
