「My room was absolutely lovely. A very cosy single with a comfy bed, great radio and TV, tea and coffee facilities and a brilliant shower and bathroom. It was all fantastically clean and I was very impressed. Also all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Finally, although I don't eat much at breakfast, the scrambled eggs and tomato was delicious. I wish I could have gone of the Welsh breakfast! 」

It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy, with everything I needed (hair dryer, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, fresh water, toiletries). 「I always stay here when I come to Shrewsbury, and it never disappoints! A really lovely family run hotel, with the most amazing breakfasts! The rooms are always clean and the staff really care about their guests. I would highly recommend.」

「A little remote, but in a nice environment. Nice and cosy, and run by a old couple. The only drawback for an overall top marks is because of the shower, although it is newly installed, it is difficult to operate and the water pressure is somewhat too low to have a nice shower. The worst part is the wall inside the shower cubicle is dirty but consider the old couple are working hard to run the hotel and also the nice letters restaurants, so it is not a complaint, just would like to point it...
