「Awesome hotel in the center of Kopaonik. Everything is nearby. Spa is very cool and organized. Clean, excelent food, relaxed staff. I would improve directions to the hotel's parking space as I was wondering around until i figured it our」

「Very nice private rooms, simple but comfortable. Nice views out to the boulevard. Bathrooms clean and functional enough, the private room area was quiet in the night. Very well-located close to the main boulevard with a mini market across the road. Friendly staff, wifi a little slow at times. Overall a very decent stay.」

「Das Frühstück könnte ein bisschen abwechslungsreicher sein, aber ansonsten war alles hervorragend. Top und gerne wieder. Vor allem Bettwäsche und Handtücher makellos sauber. Sehr saubere Zimmer. 」

「The small things make a difference. Great hotel, decent location, great food in the restaurant. Pre-set on the air-conditioning was unhelpful. Highly dubious policy of holding guests' passports. No curtain in bathroom window. This shoukd have been a 5 star review, but the small things really do make a difference 」

「　プリシュティナの一月後半は完全なオフシーズンで、気温も－１０℃くらいまで下がり、街は残雪があちこちで凍結していた。 　しかし、このホテルは小規模中級ながら立地、設備、サービス等多くの部分において優れている。 　にこの時期にとって有難い充分な暖房があり、快適に過ごすことができた。 　観光的な名所は少ないものの、給油ーごの複雑な歴史の片鱗に触れる上でぜひ訪れたい街である。次回は、地方都市や山間部等も巡ってみたい。　 　」

「Sehr schönes Hotel. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal und gutes Essen. Das Zimmer war sauber. In den Gebäudeunterhalt könnte etwas investiert werden. Es waren keine grossen Sachen, aber abfallende Platten neben dem Lift, 1.Stufe WC Spülung, verschlossener Tresor und teilweise nicht funktionierendes WLAN störten scho etwas! 」
