「The service was exceptional. All staff members, without exception, were friendly and helpful, professional and courteous. My room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and bed linen was luxurious. This was the first hotel that I can remember staying in where the pillows were marked soft or firm. It was also a rare luxury to have a light duvet that matched exactly the weather. 」

「We enjoyed a lovely weeks stay at Nomads Court Lodge. The ratings would have been excellent but the lodge was having some issues with the pool. This was being addressed and should now be working properly. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great wifi, great view from balcony - what more could you ask for.」

「I have booked through Expedia, it seems the owner of Cubes is managing all booking. But the owner is not at the front desk, and my booking was not informed to the front desk staff. As the result it took long time to checking in to the apartment.」

「The property was under construction outside, with new guest rooms being added. Our room was huge and comfortable, but basic in it's features, especially the washroom. The staff were flawless, polite and helpful in every way. The food was simple but served very hot and tasty and everything was spotlessly clean throughout. Loved the thatch-roofed bar out back.」

「I booked my stay when i arrived in Lusaka late at night. When i got to Acamms the receptionist was refused for me to stay there although i had a receipt from Expedia from my email. Long story short i had to find an alternative hotel in the middle of the night in Lusaka. I contacted Expedia on the 13th about getting a refund and up to now they are still getting in touch with Acamms. So bad service from both Acamms and Expedia. Book at your own risk.」
