「Hotel is older but the staff was great! We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the pool area. The food on premise was tasty - we had salads by the pool and there were a lot of options at breakfast. 」

「All staff members were very helpful, kind and friendly. The room was comfortable. The hotel is a bit dated, but very cozy. I like that it is within walking distance to unique shopping, eating and the aerial tram. We would stay here again. 」

「I have stayed at this location several times. This trip I was disappointed with the air conditioning in my room. The thermostat was set to 60 degrees, you would think it would be chilly, but it was never cool in the room. I had to request a fan in order to sleep comfortably. Not sure if the entire resort was the same, but many peers I traveled with said their rooms were not cool either. At times it did feel like the common areas were not very cool either. Otherwise, I do love to visit this...

「I booked for two bed one night. When I checked in they told me my room was unavailable. They can only offer me a queen bed with a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Honestly, the soda bed is very very very uncomfortable. The air condition was not work about 5 hours until 9：30pm the technical people came for fix. The cotton package was opened already. Felt upset. Because We paid around $400/per night. 」

「I’ve been going to the V when they were owned by Sonder. Now that they are not, there are some changes. Although Everything is still the same. The quality of the service room and cleanliness was great. The only thing I was surprised by was the deposit fee of $100 per night from what they told me. I understand that it’ll be refundable after but I wasn’t informed about that when I booked a room on this app. Just wish it was disclosed. Other than that, this hotel is great. Had a good stay.」

「This is such a nice hotel will definitely stay again ,only negative thing about it is the jacuzzi water it’s has way too much Clorox/bleach , I got a horrible rash from it other than that no complaints.」
