「Views are beautiful!!! My recommendation to property: fix the elevators. A lot of the elevator buttons don’t work. Saw multiple people confused about the elevator because some buttons don’t light up. One of my pillows had a yellow stain on it. It was clean but the stain was unpleasant. Discard it if bleach does not remove a stain. The service at breakfast could be improved upon. They were out of a lot of items. Also, there was a massive line to get coffee. 「This hotel was a true gem. Our room was lovely. The staff was great. and the breakfast was outstanding. Everyone was cheerful and helpful. The only negative was the bathroom door should have opened out into the room because there was plenty of room to do so but when you opened it into the bathroom you couldn't open it all the way. Very easy to remedy. A lovely experience we truly enjoyed.」

「O hotel é lindo, super novo, com muito potencial. É necessário agendar com antecedência para almoçar e jantar, o serviço de SPA não estava disponível por falta de atendentes o que nos frustrou um pouco. Percebemos que os rótulos dos sabonetes, cremes e xampus estavam todos em francês, o que dificultou o entendimento da aplicação de cada um. O carro que nos leva da recepção até os quartos não é seguro, quase caímos ao subir o morro e não houve nenhum aviso do perigo. Houve atraso de duas horas...

「Charming estate in very pretty waterfront setting. Hotels.com website had wrong telephone number and wrong coordinates. The link actually had us directed across the river. We were re-directed by hillside residents opposite the site.」
