「We had problems with the air conditioning and they couldn’t fix it for a couple of days, we had to move to another room later in the evening the next day and then the next room had a leaky shower, the bar and restaurant staff were exceptional, everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was really good, parking was close but not included. The bar staff were super helpful and kind 」

「No a/c in rooms, but fan provided. No screens on windows. History video was wonderful. Buffet breakfast was okay. Ran out of fresh fruit salad. Dinner okay, service rushed. Grounds lovely. Reception and management staff friendly and helpful. Our room needed updating. Bed not a king, as represented. Furnishings tired. Whole hotel needs updating. Bath tub too narrow and hot/cold shower knobs in a bad location. Bathroom window would not open.」

「What a beautiful hotel right on the River Ness. The view from our room was beautiful, and we were less than a 10 min walk from an incredible local restaurant bar. Highly recommend you stay at the Glen Mhor!」

「地點很好，在火車站對面的路走一段就到，飯店另一側面對河。 當天訂面河景觀房間，但check in說沒有，飯店人員說不知道為何我們訂得到，有升等到二樓房，但沒感覺很好，房間有點味道，清潔度不好，浴室不通風，有味道，房間空間很小～ 早餐內容很簡單，6：30-9：30是用餐時間，不到9：30蛋就沒了，也不會補，水果感覺不新鮮、但房間內有冊子說是6：30-10：00。 不像4星飯店～ 櫃檯人員白天的服務態度佳，晚上check in的那位普通～ 非不得已不會想再來住」

「Great hotel and great location. **Just be aware of the hidden charges.** car parking is an additional £5, use of the pool is an additional £5. Food onsite is Ok. I personally had a little issue with my food, but it was resolved with a free drink. I Would stay here again, just need to be aware of those sneaky extras!」

「Excellent location on Rannock moor, with all good facilities including a choice of restaurants, bars, an amazing spa area with an indoor pool, steam room and sauna, surrounded by mountain views and over the loch. 」

「Our room was spotless and cozy warm on a colder day. The lift was appreciated. Parking at the back was very convenient. Location was close to the shops and places to eat. Hotel had an excellent restaurant with an extensive menu. Check-in with Sharon was very friendly and smooth. She was good people skills and made us very welcome. We would be happy to stay there again. 」
