「Everything perfect except the arrogant lady by reception does not know what is priority to take care. We were not be able to get our key and she kept my family wait outside of villa for 30 mins. after checking time. 「The hosts Ester Rita and Bibiana (and also other employees) made us feel very welcome in the hotel. We were sad when our trip was over and we had to leave. Very enjoyable terrace/bar to sit at. Drinks were carefully curated. Comfortable bedding. Great breakfast. Sufficient parking. Room thoroughly cleaned. Convenient digital room card. Not far from the beach and other amenities. If we go to Foz Do Arelho, we will definitely stay at Agua d’Alma again.」
