"Very comfortable hotel. Really fantastic and friendly service. Couple of issues with my son's room which they dealt with immediately and moved him to another room. But the piece de resistance is the amazing Roman spa which guests can use in the morning and evening for 2 hours. Several different pools of different temperatures plus sauna and steam room. And of course a gym and treatment rooms available all day. Delicious family dinner in the restaurant - really excellent food. Would happily go back."

The room was neat, clean, and very comfortable, making it so easy to unwind after visiting the Christmas market and exploring the city. The hotel’s festive Christmas décor added a cosy, magical touch throughout our stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious each morning, with great variety and quality that set the perfect tone for the day. We also loved the dinner included at Plate, The Bird, which offered fantastic food and a lovely dining experience. A wonderful choice for a festive getaway in Bath. Highly recommended! 🎄✨"
