A wonderful stay

Great hotel, we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent and the location was great. There is great panorama from the hotel restaurant. Definitely we will use it again.

A lovely and convenient place for a stop-over between regions of Italy. Provided a good recommendation for a local restaurant after our late arrival. Quiet, cosy rooms, but spectacular views from the breakfast dining area and the nearby viewing platform.

Se si vuole scappare dal rumore della città questo è il luogo adatto! Pace e relax la fanno da padrona. La struttura è in pieno centro storico, il borgo è davvero incantevole! Staff gentile e molto disponibile.

Séjour agréable dans une chambre double classique, mais avec vue sur un mur en béton... Attention lors de votre réservation, si vous restez plusieurs jours, de prendre une chambre supérieure. Sinon chambre très propre, petit dejéuner correct en self service, agréable village.

Faccio la prenotazione con il mio smartphone su hotels.com, e non mi sono accorto che l'informazione di cui necessitavo per non essere "ingannato" era molto, ma molto in fondo alla pagina e dovevi aprire una tendina dove scoprivi che la piscina era disponibile A PAGAMENTO, al contrario di quanto si poteva capire all'inizio e ben visibile per 2 volte (struttura con piscina SENZA INDICARE PAGAMENTO A PARTE).Notare: le prime due foto della struttura sono proprio della piscina in questione... Faccio presente il mio disappunto al titolare dell'albergo che mi risponde che il sito di hotels.com non lo gestisce lui e non è sua responsabilità. Dopo una lunga discussione mi concede di poter usufruire della piscina per le 2 ore che rimanevano prima della chiusura (mentre la gente iniziava ad andarsene). Questa concessione mi è stata fatta con estremo disappunto senza valutare minimamente il fatto che la mia richiesta aveva delle ragioni, ma solo per la mia alterazione. Al mattino nel servire la colazione, sempre il titolare, lo fa con sdegno e maleduzione...la struttura è buona, unica nota positiva la gentilezza della signora (penso la mamma del titolare) che gestisce l'ingresso alla piscina, che ha imprestato a mio figlio i braccioli...

Good breakfast with a view

We were coming pretty late at night and staff was friendly and helpful to arrange check-in and finding some refreshments for us after a long trip. It was a short one night stay on our road trip, but it was great. Very nice breakfast with gorgeous view.
