accueil froid, à l’arrivée on m’a dit que je me suis trompé d’adresse, quand j’ai montré ma confirmation de réservation, j’ai dû attendre 30 min pour qu’on me donne les clés.

Das Zimmer war dreckig, der Staub auf der Lampe war eine Katastrope, die Lüftung war voller Dreck, das Bad war nicht im Zimmer, die Türe zur Dusche/Wc war immer einen Spalt offen, man konnte sie nicht ganz schliessen, als wir reklamiert haben kam keine Entschuldigung (unser Zimmer war angeblich defekt) und mit Google Translate haben wir vor Ort eine Teilndes Geldes retour bekommen, aber mir fehlt bis jetzt noch was. Das einzige gute an dem Hotel ist die Lage alles andere kann ich auf gar keine. Fall empfehlen, ja es ist günstig aber eben weil es keine gute Qualität hat, würde von diesem Hotel sehr abraten!!!!!!!!!

Kleine Pension, die sehr zentral liegt. Preis Leistung kann sich sehen lassen. Leider ist es es hellhörig und man kann alles von draussen mitverfolgen. Sehr gute Busanbindung in Richtung Flughafen.

Wanted to visit santa barbra castell, and a few other places, Mushroom street, 5 guys, posteget Beach. Room was on Location, stayed for 4 days, trouble free. Very Well kept place, I was polite and respectful of others, as everyone was to me. Great for solo travelers.

When we arrived at the property the lady was not aware of our arrival & told us she didn’t have our confirmation. We had to show our credit card statement showing money was taken & screenshot of email confirmation. Then the lady started preparing our room. We had to wait for more than an hour while our room was being prepared. Apparently there was no concern shown on this nor was there an apology. The room was ok, toilet was also clean. The owner was kind enough to book us a private transport to the airport for our 3am departure. The best part of the place is the location. It’s very central & if you only need to come at night to sleep then it’s good but don’t expect anything more.

Firstly, there was no one in the building to check us in at the check in time. We were led to the wrong door (which was someones room and NOT the reception) We had to call 8 times before someone picked up the phone, who did not even speak English, so we had to struggle with the limited Spanish I know. An hour after the check in time, we finally got our key. The rooms are limited to 1 person only even though there are 2 beds, a double and a twin. The shared bathroom was quaint. The shower did not look very clean so we did not use it as we only stayed overnight anyway. The toilet had no towel to dry your hands and the door handle was broken. The reception is supposedly open from 10:30-10 but there was never anyone readily available to speak to. For a short trip like mine, it was fine and convenient as it’s right next to the main square and beach but I would not recommend staying here for a longer time.
