Vraiment le top, belle résidence avec un hall magnifique qui sent bon, même un jeu d arcade La localisation est parfaite au centre de tout et dans une rue calme. Absolutely amazing and perfect location. Very easy walking to the beach and the Mercado. Surrounded by many restaurants and cafe’s. The place is nice and clean and the staff is the best. Jesus the manager is very friendly and helpful and hands you all the info you need. Will definitely be back!!

The location of this apartment was excellent—everything was within walking distance, the area felt safe, and there were plenty of great dining options. The place was also well-maintained. However, I don’t think it was worth the price. Despite the listing stating it accommodates up to three people, we were charged an extra €30 per night for the third person, but what they provided for this fee was something we could have easily done ourselves, which felt unnecessary. The apartment was extremely dark at all times of the day. The bed was essentially two mattresses pushed together, making it uncomfortable due to the gap, and the sofa bed was even worse. The biggest issue was the internet—it was very unreliable. The management team was helpful and provided us with additional WiFi networks, but even that didn’t improve the speed. Overall, while the location was great, if you need good lighting or a stable internet connection, this might not be the best choice.

Leiligheten bærer preg av mye utleie og høy slitasje. Ellers ligger leiligheten sentralt til i en gågate med restauranter. Hyggelig betjening. Heis. Noe som trekker ned, er at det ble utført arbeid i etasjen over med meislemaskin. Dette var tilfelle i 2 av 3 dager. Noe irriterende når det stod på. Vi hadde leilighet 2.1.

The hotel is located in a great, but not really quiet area. It was very convenient - walkable distance to a great deal of shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. The host and hotel staff are very nice and friendly, always available to assist with anything you need. The hotel itself is very cozy, always clean. Really enjoyed staying here and we will definitely come back.

Our stay was great - the apartment has everything you need, the bed is big, the location couldn't be better. In addition, the staff were extremely friendly and always in a good mood :) ps: The apartment is located in a busy area in Alicante and next to a club, so it can get noisy on Friday and Saturday nights - it didn't bother us.
