Lovely property, Caroline was lovely and very helpful, rooms have rustic charm and property position in old town Alicanté is second to none. Would thoroughly recommend.
Caroline the owner was so helpful and wonderful , very close to everything Rambla,Beach, restaurants, transit. Loved our stay here basic but all you needed . Would fully recommend a stay here .
This hotel was fantastic from the word go. Brilliant, central location, good price and lovely part of town. I had a fantastic introduction to the hotel from Caroline who could not have been more kind or helpful. Extremely comfortable bed too! I’m definitely returning to this hotel.
Carolina went out of her way to help us after we realized we had left something behind in the room. She was both pleasant and patient with our stressed out state of mind. The stay was perfect — everything we needed.
Staff helpful, location just perfect for exploring. Room clean and added bonus of kettle and coffee! Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the city
Easy to access and great location. It is noisy on weekend nights and the owners are transparent about that. Didn't cause me issue. My complaint is that there were no provided amenities (only leftovers from other guests) and the towels were rough and need replacement. Expect the minimum, but it is clean and cozy enough for a cheap stay over the weekend. No major issues.
Excellent location and beautiful room. The owner was really accommodating and down to earth. The shared bathroom aspect wasn’t ideal but it’s the room I selected so I can’t complain. Loved the balcony and overall design of the spot. It’s noisy at night so travelers that aren’t used to cities should be aware of that since it’s centrally located in old town. Fireworks at night, bars nearby, etc. The building felt safe, there’s a fridge to store food, and also luggage storage. A quaint desk in the room with plenty of space. I’d definitely stay here again.
Superb lication, close to promenade, walking distance to castle and market and spoilt for choice with tapas bars, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep.
The staff were great. The information given on arrival was very helpful. The room was small but more than adequate. The WiFi worked well. The location was excellent.

Booked through hotel.com who only showed rooms with balconies, so a bit disappointed to get inside room with no balcony, not the properties/owners fault as does show this clearly on there own website.
Will definitely stay at this property again, next time ask on booking for outside room
Staff were great
