Personnel accueillant et souriant. Hôtel situé en hauteur avec une belle vue. Accès au centre ville par des escaliers. La remontée est plus sportive. L'hôtel contrairement à ce qu'il est indiqué, ne propose pas de restaurant en son sein. Il faut aller en ville. Pour le soir, c'est compliqué de sortir lorsqu'on est une femme seule. Je n'ai pas voulu m'aventurer en ville, ne me sentant pas en sécurité de devoir trouver un taxi en soirée. La chambre est propre, le lit confortable, le petit déjeuner varié ( j'ai adoré les galettes au sésame). J'ai pu au cours de mon séjour solliciter le personnel de la réception pour me réserver un taxi, c'est très appréciable. Vous avez le parc de Beyrouth pour les amoureux de la verdure et du calme pour bouquiner tranquillement. Très bon séjour même si je ne suis restée que deux jours.

TRÈS TRÈS BONNE ADRESSE À ALGER

Ne pas hésiter.. L'accueil est sympathique, l'hôtel est très bien situé, pas très loin de la grande poste. L'ensemble est d'une grande propreté. Les chambres confortables, bénéficient de tout le confort requis pour un séjour réussi. Petit déjeuner complet et savoureux, avec un personnel aux petits soins. Vraiment une bonne adresse...

Bon hotel pour un voyage d'affaire

L'hotel est très bien situé, mais il y'a un gros souci de stationnement. Les chambres sont petites, les sanitaires et les lits aussi. Il y'a un suplément à payer pour chaque nuit pour un matelas suplémentaire posé sur le sol, malgré que lors de la réservation j'ai précisé que la chambre devait acceuillir 3 perosnnes dont un enfant. La première chambre qui nous a été attribuée était très sale (poussiéreuse) , nous avons du demander de la changer. On n'a pas eu facile au check in avec la réception, puisque nous n'avions pas notre livret de famille pour prouver que nous étions de la même famille, j'ai du chercher dans mes mails pour trouver une copie et leur envoyer par mail, ce serait bien de le signaler aux voyageurs avant. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais correcte.

A lovely, modern moderate-sized hotel that was appealing because it sits up on a hill, with harbor views, in a quieter neighborhood away from the intense traffic and noise for hotels nearer the waterfront. And yet it was only ~0.5 km from a metro stop and a lively street (Rue Ferhat Boussad) packed with shops and cafes. The hotel's complementary continental breakfast had a rich array of food choices. My only complaint is with Expedia, not the property: after booking, I received this confusing message: "There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation." This is absolutely incorrect. The hotel has a well-staffed front desk, and the people who worked there were extremely helpful to us in all ways (giving advice, calling taxis).

Un trés agréable séjour!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine dans cet établissement. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et compétent, trés disponible et souriant.Toujours de bons conseils lorsque je l'ai sollicité pour tel ou tel déplacement. Je retournerai dans cet hôtel lors d'un prochain séjour à Alger.

Hôtel propre et moderne neuf Marbre mosaïque ds sdb super jolie personnel sympathique bilingue français arabe et kabyle mais zéro info sur choses à faire : restau alentours, tuyaux, ce sont les commerçants ds les rues autour qui sont aidants et sympathiques (so french ...) Sens du service à améliorer pour être ala hauteur des hôtels occidentaux pas de navette pour aéroport samedi 7 avril et navette très chère petit déjeuner pas traditionnel dommage arloum gâteau orientaux fruits secs dc dattes amandes ...vrai thé !!!seraient un vrai atout plutôt que produits industriels Hôtel bien situé

Attention aux intermediaires

Hotel lutât correct avec des prestations basiques mais propres et personnel gentil... attention la réservation visa Hotel.com passé par une agence locale et n'est pas en direct avec l'hôtel... l ecout est donc plus élevé de 20€ et la prestation de l'agence déplorable... quand nous avons demandé la localisation de l'hôtel ladite agence nous a envoyé dans un quartier complètement différent. Sans GPS et suivant leurs indications nous serions peux être pas encore arrivés.. ils indiques également qu'aucune réception à l'hôtel..faux!... donc plus qu'inutile de payer cette prestation ..c'est notre première réservation via ce site... conseil pour Hotel.com : éviter les intermédiaires et passer en direct avec les hôtels....
