We came to Alghero to celebrate our anniversary and had repeatedly tried to get a reservation at Mabrouk restaurant,(the Stanley Tucci) recommended from his CNN show but we couldn’t secure one on our own, but Chiara at the reception desk called and amazingly got us in for an 8pm seating! Excellent location near the old city. The suite gave us wonderful views over the bay and city. Staff was very friendly and they served good breakfast. We were very lucky to find free parking clise to the hotel. I fully recommend Catalunya hotel to everyone including my friends and family.

Great hotel but the rooftop bar staff seemed absolutely overwhelmed by a small number of clients. But the view is amazing. Particular highlight is the breakfast- phenomenal. And the rooms are really spacious, modern and quiet. Definitely would stay here again. Great value for money.

Overall great stay. So close to everything. Loved the fantastic breakfast with the views. Normally would have chosen a place with a pool but many beaches nearby. Found parking both times right out front on the recommended side of hotel. Very clean.
