Also the range of rooms at the hotel don't match with the one at hotels.com. I paid for a suit and hotel's reception got it from the site as "executive". Next time I'll just book it directly with the Ringwood "

They were extremely understanding when I made an error in my food choice and helped me pick something else, reassured me that the mistake was honest and were so polite about it. "Property was very pleasing, good breakfast. Large spacious rooms, with tea and coffee facilities , filtered water available in reception. Thought the furniture was slightly disappointing as staining on varnish on surfaces where people had not been careful with drinks etc . But otherwise very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet and a short drive from the town centre. "

"Nice room. The body lotion had ran out. I let the person on the desk know when we left but he didn’t make any notes wonder how long it had been like that. Shame as the tiny bit I did get out smelt lovely. Would’ve asked for more but only there one night. "
