A very satisfied customer... 2br apt

Great place...alot of "free parking...its a 7/11 500 feet form the parking lot...no host all in your business...1st floor doesnt have a balcony...clean and nice bathroom...the beds are low to the ground but very comfortable...6 seat dining table and the full kitchen is perfect for cooking...dishwasher, big refrigerator,nice stove and a microwave...i❤❤❤❤ot

There wasn’t much to like about this place we I came in it was dirty and had bugs missing items they claimed to have I guessed I made a mistake and reported it to Expedia I got a phone and was threaten not to ever leave a bad review on there again I better call them first. After not receiving toilet paper or a blow dryer I bought my own and I requested that I didn’t want anyone in my room ( I left out the part I had to clean up the apartment cause there was trash and left over toys for other guess)so I emailed them I already got myself the toilet paper and blow dryer then I got woken up to my door getting bang on by two ladies trying to force there way in saying they have to fix my bathroom that I requested keep in mind these ladies have no id , no paperwork, no tools, dressed in hoodies (keep in mind I already told them I don’t want anyone to enter and leave anything at the door) so I called Vector travel who runs arrival And Associates with Trinity suites Told them I didn’t want anyone in my room again and the next day someone used a key and open the door when I called I talked to Faye who was more pissed than me she yelled at me for asking for a manager she told me I should leave and I wasn’t going to get a manager anytime soon I really tried my best to look on the bright side but they really need to work on Communication auntie hired a better cleaning crew

We never stayed in this unit, the kitchen was full of roaches....very unhealthy. The top of the stove and oven were not clean nor the pots and pans ready for use. The bedrooms, living room and bath were ok. We were disappointed. I appreciate the quick no hassle response to resolve this issue.

Property has a warm welcoming home feel. Instructions were easy, location was perfect (close to shops and highway), was provided with snacks, water, coffee etc for my stay. Bed was comfortable and slept good. Will definitely be returning and looking forward to staying again.

They towed my company truck even though I had followed the parking primate instruction. There was damage done to the truck from towing. The property never disclosed that they didn’t allow vehicles with company logos. Property didn’t not pay the towing bill or disclose any information about there parking policy.

I always love the suites here of Alexandria but it was very disappointing to see bugs in hallways and in the apartment as if the building really needs an inspection on roaches.

THEY HAVE ROACHES

While booking my trip online I was told I would get a balcony. Once we checked into the room there was no balcony at all. It was hard to get in contact with someone and when we finally did we were told there weren’t any more rooms available. We checked in around 6pm. We bleached and lysol the entire place (due to COVID-19). After finally finishing cleaning we left to get food. When we returned to the room we noticed a baby roach in the kitchen. Then more in the living room and even more in the bedroom. We immediately packed up our clothes, left all the food and other items because roaches had gotten to them. We returned the keys. Tried calling again but couldn’t get in contact with anyone again. The next day we got in contact with hotels.com and we were given the run around. Finally 2 days later and was told we would get a full refund.... DO NOT STAY HERE THEY HAVE ROACHES.....

Not sure how to state how bad it was. First of all, I couldn't get in. I was on hold for 23 minutes waiting for them to pick up the phone. I finally got in and it smelled terrible. The place was NOT LUXE at all!! The worst part - I got towed - after following their exact directions of placing the parking sign on my dashboard. Luckily, Hotels.com came to the rescue, but DO NOT stay here or you'll regret it.

Alexandria suburban gem

This apartment is in the Alexandria suburbs. Excellent value for the savings. We used Uber, Lyt and pbkuc busses and trains to travel to/from this location. We had one issue with the apartment which was quickly resolved once I called Customer Support. Recommended for travelers with a tight budget.

Left early for discomfort and frustration.

The parking is terrible. Very narrow spaces and must park outside of reserved spaces which means a small walk. Good luck if you have a large SUV. The entire building wreaks of trash. I felt gross in the hallways. Even the stairwells were potent with the smell, which I took primarily because the elevator took forever and shook rather abruptly at every stop. The walls are thin and you can hear someone coughing in the neighboring units. Not a great area of the city. Water pressure in the shower was pretty much nonexistent. The place itself was very clean and appropriately supplied. Beds were very comfortable and apartment set up nicely. But over all I was so uncomfortable by the rest of the space I left a day early and ate the $150 in fees just to get out. Not happy with the area, parking, or condition of the actual apartment building. It says “luxury apartments” ... there is nothing luxurious about it.

The property was in a good location , 5 mins away from everything. The only bad thing was the parking as well as , you can hear everything that is going on outside of the apartment , very very thin walls.

No no no. Deceptive.

From the start, it smelled like a sewage line burst as soon as you walk in. The elevators were sticky and nasty. Attempting to make it down the hallways were there were screaming people, crying babies, and tapping dogs made it seem like one of those 80s style movie crack den apartments. How this place has such high ratings is shocking!

Splendid

It was an amazing place and decor they have great amenities great property and great neighborhood. Everything works and there is plenty of stores around including a nail shop that’s a little pricey. They are extremely attentive to you having the best stay. The laundry room takes card not coins. And watch out for parking use the pass at all times . The tow guys are real strict .

The condo itself is nice and comfortable. Living spaces are nicely appointed. However the bedrooms have no bureaus in them. Nothing to unpack your clothes in. No hooks on doors, lighting was also inadequate.
