「飯店的位置很好，又有一個大的地下停車場，這在Evora老城區是非常難得的。飯店是5星等級，但房間和reception的服務卻不怎麼樣，尤其是reception的櫃臺人員，請教他走道上的咖啡機怎麼使用，他站在reception，邊回答身體晃來晃去，一直説房間也有咖啡機！撇開這個，餐廳的服務和餐點品質是受肯定的，Deaust’AR是米其林推薦餐廳，是的，它所有的一切值得這樣的推崇。」

「Schitterend hotel. De directe omgeving is niet mooi door aanwezigheid industrie. Heb je een auto ter beschikking en rijdt je wat verder, dan hoeft het geen belemmering te zijn.」

「This was one of our favorite places we stayed in Portugal. The hotel was extremely charming with excellent staff. It’s located within the castle walls and near the entrance of the castle, which is open 24/7. The hot tub area is by reservation only (no charge), so me and my husband drank wine and watched sunset all by ourselves. They also provide thick robes in the bedrooms for this. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of options to choose from: meats, cheeses, cereal, fresh pastries, fruit and more....

「Five-star hotel with true five-star service! The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and went out their way to make our stay enjoyable. Facilities are stunning (on newer side) and good amenities with tennis/paddle/pickelball courts, gym and heated pool. Only thing missing for a five-star hotel at that price range would be a sauna and/or steam room. Breakfast was included and very good. Would stay again.」
