Logement très sale de manière générale. Poussière, cheveux, insectes morts… Pas de gel douche / shampooing à disposition. Toilettes sales. Logement indiqué comme non fumeur, mais odeur de cigarette dans la pièce.

1er et dernier séjour...

1er et dernier séjour dans le studio proposé au RDC. Les équipements proposés ne sont pas dans les standards d'un appart' hôtel. Impossible de régler le chauffage (température surement inf à 17 degrès la nuit en mars) Literie de mauvaise qualité. La peinture sur les murs s'effritent à qqles endroits. "Heureux" de quitter les lieux après 2 nuits. Procédure d'arrivée non transmise via résa Hotel.com

Mésaventure de confiance

Lors de notre arrivée on nous annonce que la chambre à subit soit disant un dégâts des eaux. Lors de la prise de contact quatre jours avant notre arrivée, on nous annonce qu'il y a une sûr réservation mais que nous sommes transféré dans un autre hôtel dans la même ville. La suite vous la connaissez. Donc conclusion je me suis débrouillée pour trouver un autre hôtel suite à l'annulation de votre proposition suite à votre problème. J'attends avec impatience le remboursement de la totalité de la réservation suite à votre défection.

C EST une maison tres ancienne chambre sympa mais pas de toilette dans la chambre et c est tres handicapant .ET une douche a la place du jacousi serait beaucoup plus utile a l etage ......
