「Modern styled hotel in a good spot with friendly, helpful staff. 」

「Helpful staff gave the suitable information to us. No waterpot, cups and teabags was provided in the room. We borrowed them from the reception. Something in the room should be cleaned more. A nice and classic hotel is situated in the central place. It is easy to go the old town.」

「We had a great weekend stay in this resort. In fact, it was our first time in Lithuania 🇱🇹 We stayed in a family suite, and it was very spacious. Both breakfast and dinner buffets were some of the best we've tried so far. Lunch a la carte had really nice options too. We'd definitely come back!」

「The location is good. It just takes you 5 mins walking to the restaurants nearby and it is also easy to take a bus to the Kaunas bus station. Though the street nearby is a little bit messy as it is under construction. The room is clean. It is fair enough to add 3.5 eur for a simple breakfast. 」

「Stayed at this Hotel before excellent Hotel and Spa 5 stars only a few small concerns, not enough rubbish bins in the room, no milk in the room ! Would definitely recommend this Hotel ! Will be coming back and staying in the Presidential Suite again ! Really good value for money !! Thank you to all the staff without exception !! David and Inga Garner 」

「my room is at 2nd floor, you can smell someone smoking there, the wall is weak at sound proof, you can hear people speaking and even coughing at the room next to you, it is very noisy, they speak very loud , it was 11:30pm and then, i can smell the other guest smoking,and the smoke get into my room, i cannot sleep , i asked the staff to change my room at 12:00 mid night, then she arranged another twin bed room at 3rd floor, then problem solved.」

「Hotel had excellent location next to the Kaunas Castle and walk arounds. Also Old town was just around the corner. The hotel itself was OK, it had seen the best days. Clean enough but the ventilation of the room didn't work at all. Dogs were welcome. Parking lot is not very big.」
