「Upon arrival the reception staff were very helpful, supported us with where to park which is a chargeable car park nearby. The room was not ready as we arrived early, we were expecting a call to confirm when it was ready, that didn’t come, and we eventually went to check back at reception at 5 and managed to get into our room at this time. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Great room facilities. The downside was the pool area and changing rooms both inside and out, these are not to 5*...

「Very nice villa courtyard experience. Friendly and helpful staff. In the Lapa residential area so doesn’t look like a hotel from the outside. Should warn that walking to and from is a bit of a steep hike. You will definitely get your steps in. Alternatively get a Bolt. Rooms have decent wifi and air conditioning if opening windows isn’t enough. Quality breakfast which I believe is included if booking directly from their site. Yoga studio right across the street.」
