Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were a little small but we’ve had worse. Staff was good and the parking was free and plenty available. Not too far from the beach either. We went when it wasn’t super busy so no issues with chairs by the pool, but I can imagine that being and issue when fully booked. Overall, no complaints.

Great hotel staff and accomodations !

I am very happy with the warm welcome my dog and I received, the staff has been great with us ! The buffet was varied, and the food is good quality, both continental/tailored for English and German tourists, as well as a selection of good local food. The staff is smiling, welcoming and tries to do their best to make your stay exceptional. The spa installations are clean and at good temperatures. I really recommend this hotel

Front desk staff was very professional and gave a warm welcome and great first impression. The housekeeping staff was Thorough and accommodating to our needs. we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel every day, And both were consistently excellent. Quality and variety of the options for the family. You could tell the restaurant that worked hard provide quality meals and presentations.

Amazing!

Amazing. Everything was immaculate and comfortable! We got a great room with a huge balcony facing the pool. Very good air conditioning and friendly staff. Buffet included with stay was awesome and perfect, so much quality food to choose from. Only advice is the perfume/room spray in the lobby but more importantly, the guest rooms shouldn’t be so strong it was very strong and some people in their rooms are sensitive to smell.

Great location, less than 5min walk to beach, if that. Plenty of supermarkets, bars, restaurants around. Plenty of sun loungers by the pool. There's a sauna, hot tub, massages available too. Breakfast was good, freshly made omelettes, eggs, pancakes everyday. Cereal, fruit, yogurts, juice, coffee, tea, cold meats, cheese, breads. Literally something for everyone. Dinner the same self service buffet. Meat, fish, pizza, chips, pasta as standard plus different theme every night. So Asian, tapas, seafood, Mediterranean, etc. And there's desserts too. Just have to pay for drinks when you're half board, but that's fine. I'd absolutely stay here again. You can rent a beach towel for €10 at reception and you get the €10 returned when you return the towel.

Excellent property for families! Great pool area, spa that kids can access, fantastic breakfast. The staff was super helpful. There is car rental facility on site. Tons of dinign options & entertainment foir kids in the area. Overall, fantastic!

Poor food, both choices and taste. We had breakfast and dinner. Would not recoment the food. Hotel, rooms and pool are fine. 4min walk to beach. A lot of noise from bars and surrounding hotels, party central.

This hotel is not a true 4 star hotel. It's more like a 3 star hotel. Don't stay here expecting great service. The vibe of the staff and hotel policy is very CHEAP. The furniture and room layout is cheap, hardly any chairs or tables to leave your stuff. No conditioner, no room slippers. WiFi sucks, hardly worked. Beach towels, you need a cash deposit, not a big deal but not as assessable as other hotels we stayed at. Never had a 4 star hotel, called us right at 12:00 to remind us to check out. Usually all hotels are lenient but this four star hotel specially acts super cheap.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir /zwei Kinder und zwei Erwachsene haben alles genossen. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren exzellent, die Auswahl war sehr groß und das Personal überaus freundlich. Die Zimmer sind hell, freundlich und sehr praktisch eingerichtet.

Très mauvaise expérience

Très mauvaise expérience en sein de cet hotel J'étais avec ma femme et ma fille (un bébé de 6 mois), et nous avons été mis dans la pire chambre possible, en effet lorsque nous ouvrions la fenêtre, on se trouvait juste au dessus d'un emplacement avec des fauteuils pour fumeurs ce qui faisait remonter toute la fumée dans notre chambre, et donc nous étions dans l'incapacité d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer de peur de laisser les fumées rentrées dans notre chambre pour le bébé. J'ai alerté plusieurs fois le personnel et rien n'a été fait pour changer ça, ni même nous changer de chambre. De plus notre chambre étaient également rempli de tout petits insecte, nous avons été plusieurs fois piqués la nuit. Ensuite la nourriture était mauvaise, les plats étaient pas bons, mal cuits (pain pas cuit, pâte a crepe qui a tourné), les desserts étaient tièdes et pas bons. Pour résumer je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel. A la fin du séjour, personne ne nous a demandés si le séjour s'était bien passé.

Väldigt bra mat! Ta med egna handdukar. Otroligt små rum, vi bodde 3 personer i ett jättetrångt rum . Fick inte sängen renbäddad på 1 vecka , så städningen var ingen höjdare. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Läget är fantastiskt. Men maten var det bästa på hela hotellet. Underhållningen på kvällen hade mycket att önska..

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlicher und moderner Ausstattung, sehr nettem Personal und guter Lage. Vom Flughafen aus ist das Hotel absolut problemlos und bequem mit dem Bus erreichbar. Von dort aus sind zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der wunderschöne Strand, der Hafen von Alcudia sowie eine Busstation für weiter entfernte Ausflugsziele problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Bei Frühstück und Abendessen blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das Speisenangebot war vielfältig und schmackhaft, sodass für jeden etwas dabei sein dürfte. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich und verfügte über einen Balkon. Insgesamt: rundum zufrieden und glücklich :-)

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt ! Durch die aktuelle weltweite Lage wurde unsere eigentliche Reise in den nahen Osten storniert und wir haben innerhalb von 24h uns für die Reise entschieden! Hotel war hervorragend sehr sauber und einfach nur modern! Das Essen war sehr breit gefächert und wir hatten jeden Abend ein neues Motto. Was uns besonders gefallen hat war das dass Essen vor unseren Augen zubereitet worden ist ! Immer wieder gerne !!!
